Doctor

Full-timePart-time

Family physicians for our GP clinics, seeing patients for acute illness, chronic conditions, screening and preventive care, with follow-up over time.

What you will do

  • Consult and treat patients of all ages, day or night at our 24-hour Sengkang clinic
  • Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol
  • Carry out health screening, vaccinations, medical examinations and minor procedures
  • Refer patients to specialists when needed, including within the group

What we look for

  • Full registration with the Singapore Medical Council and a valid practising certificate
  • Experience in primary care or family medicine
  • A caring approach and clear communication with patients and families
  • For day or night sessions at Sengkang: able to work shifts

Clinic Assistant

Full-timePart-time

The first person patients meet. You run the front desk and keep the clinic running smoothly, from registration to payment, and look after the clinic's day-to-day admin.

What you will do

  • Register patients, answer calls and WhatsApp messages, and manage appointments
  • Handle payments, CHAS and Healthier SG claims, and panel billing
  • Prepare consultation rooms and assist doctors with basic procedures
  • Dispense medicines as prescribed and explain instructions to patients
  • Keep records, stock and clinic admin in order

What we look for

  • Friendly and patient with people of all ages
  • Comfortable with computers and clinic systems
  • Able to communicate in English; another language such as Mandarin or Malay is an advantage
  • Clinic or healthcare experience is an advantage
  • Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays at our 24-hour clinic

Cleaner

Keeps our clinics clean, safe and welcoming for patients and staff.

What you will do

  • Clean waiting areas, consultation rooms and toilets
  • Follow infection-control and clinical waste procedures
  • Restock basic supplies and report anything that needs fixing

What we look for

  • Reliable and careful, with attention to cleanliness
  • Able to follow cleaning and safety procedures
  • Previous cleaning experience, especially in a clinic, is an advantage
