About the clinic

Continuum 24/7 Clinic is a comprehensive family medicine and primary-care clinic in Sengkang, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for children and adults.

We provide care for acute illnesses, chronic medical conditions and preventive health needs, together with health screening, vaccinations, diagnostic testing, medical examinations and selected minor procedures.

Neurosurgery specialist consultations are also available on Saturday afternoons (2pm to 6pm) by appointment, providing patients with convenient access to specialist brain, spine and nerve care within the Continuum Health Group network.

Our aim is to provide accessible and continuous healthcare, from primary care and diagnostics to specialist assessment, treatment planning and follow-up.
