What the packages include

Package prices cover the tests listed. Medication, vaccines, further investigations, procedures and consumables are charged separately. Screening is by appointment: please book online, call or WhatsApp the clinic to arrange a time.

Heart & Diabetes Risk Assessment

The doctor asks about your health, family history and lifestyle, checks your weight and blood pressure, and arranges blood tests such as blood sugar and cholesterol. The results are put together to estimate your risk of heart disease, stroke and diabetes over the coming years.

The aim is a useful review of your risk, not as many tests as possible. You leave with a plan, which may include lifestyle changes, treatment where appropriate, and when to check again.

  • Health, family and lifestyle history
  • Weight, waist and blood pressure
  • Blood sugar and cholesterol tests
  • An estimate of your heart and stroke risk
  • A plan for lifestyle, treatment where appropriate and follow-up

Bowel & Breast Cancer Screening

Bowel cancer screening is generally recommended from age 50, or earlier if you have a strong family history. It usually starts with a stool test you do at home. If the test is positive, the doctor refers you for a colonoscopy and follows up to make sure it is done.

For breast screening, mammograms are arranged with partner screening providers, following current local guidance for your age and risk. The doctor goes through the result with you and arranges further tests or referral if needed.

  • Advice on when to start screening, based on your age and family history
  • Stool test kits for bowel cancer screening
  • Referral for colonoscopy when a test is positive or risk is higher
  • Mammograms arranged with partner providers
  • Follow-up of results and referral when needed

If you have symptoms

Screening is for people without symptoms. If you notice blood in your stools, a change in bowel habit, weight loss you cannot explain, or a new breast lump or nipple change, see a doctor rather than waiting for screening.

Bone Health & Osteoporosis Screening

Osteoporosis makes bones thinner and more likely to break, often without symptoms until a fracture happens. The doctor looks at your risk factors, such as age, menopause, a previous fracture, long-term steroid use, smoking or family history.

If testing is recommended, a bone density (DXA) scan is arranged with a partner provider. The doctor goes through the result with you and discusses treatment where appropriate, along with calcium, vitamin D, exercise and fall prevention.

  • Fracture risk assessment
  • Bone density (DXA) scans arranged with partner providers
  • Review of results and treatment options where appropriate
  • Advice on calcium, vitamin D, exercise and preventing falls
